Friends: Season 9

my brother gave victor and me the entire 'friends' dvd collection last christmas. since then, we've been going through each season. the past few have been fun since there are many episodes that we've never seen. last night, we saw an episode where rachel's sister, amy (christina applegate), comes to visit and is upset that rachel won't give her the baby if she & ross died. as a result, she tells rachel, "your baby... not so cute." rachel freaks out and yells in fury, "take that back. take that back right now!" and they subsequently get into a girl-fight of slapping and pulling.

later that night, i turned to victor and told him, "i think if anyone ever said that to me about caleb, i would have to disavow our friendship." seriously, i don't think i could ever like that person again. now, i understand that victor and i (and maybe some of our family members) are the only ones who will ever think he's the cutest baby on the planet... and i don't expect that other people would think so (although it's really nice when they do)... but in my mind, there is never any justification for saying that a baby is not cute... that's just down-right mean.

so note to everyone out there: if you think it about my baby, don't even utter it from your lips, lest it gets back to me!
